Before you view our volunteer opportunities, please note the following about volunteering at Irish Fest -

The shift start time is your scheduled start time in your designated area. Work backwards from this time to give yourself plenty of time to get to the festival and to check-in at the Volunteer Tent outside Main Admissions.
At the Volunteer Tent you will be given an official Irish Fest Volunteer t-shirt to wear and a ticket to get into the festival. Have required service hours through school, athletics, church, or another organization? We can sign-off on your completed volunteer hours, just let us know.

 

• We recommend wearing comfortable closed-toe shoes. You are welcome to wear clothing underneath the provided volunteer t-shirt if desired.

• Volunteers who complete 4+ volunteer hours per festival day will receive a voucher to the Chipper, the official food stand of Irish Fest, for one food item and one non-alcoholic beverage. For 3 or less hours per festival day: a voucher for one food or drink item from the Chipper.

• Volunteers in any area that sell and/or serve alcohol must be 21 years and older.

• Youth Volunteers (ages 8 - 17) must be accompanied by an adult.

To officially volunteer at Irish Fest 2024, please click here. Only sign-up for yourself, do not sign up for someone else. Forward this email along to others - it’s fun when you volunteer with friends and family!

Once you sign up, you will receive an email confirming your shift(s). Two-days prior to your shift, you will receive a reminder email. Please follow any instructions provided in that email so we know you still plan on fulfilling your shift. If you need to cancel, you can do so via Signup.com. Otherwise please email us and we’ll remove you from the schedule.
